Round Table er en klub for mænd mellem 20 og 40 år, der under mottoet - Adopt - Adapt - Improve, har til formål:
1. at fremme medlemmernes udvikling gennem engagement og fri debat.
2. at udvide medlemmernes kontaktmuligheder uden for deres omgangskreds og profession.
3. at virke for forståelse og venskab, såvel nationalt som internationalt, uanset race, tro eller politisk overbevisning.
Formålet efterleves ved afholdelse af møder med diskussioner, foredrag og andre aktiviteter.
Til disse møder, der afholdes hver 14. dag, har medlemmerne mødepligt.
Det er i Round Table’s klublove fastsat, at et møde skal indeholde
"3 minutter", samt gennemgang af andre klubbers medlemsbreve.
Formålet med "3 minutter" er at give det enkelte medlem mulighed for at fremsætte sine meninger overfor et forum af kammerater, således at man her igennem får en del af den udveksling, påvirkning og udvikling i relation til det enkelte medlem i gang, som skal skabe klubben.
